Zen Guest House - Museu Do Bonsai - Sintra

The host met us and explained everything. There were a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in our bathroom.

Staff was attentive and provided us with central heating and multi-channel TV.

We truly enjoyed every moment of the stay, very nice experience. It had a great setting just off the mountain, earth-fountains, bonsai trees and very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and Sintra. Plus it was located very close to all castles in the area.

Stayed there for 1 night, truly enjoyed it. Breakfast we were offered included coffee, croissants, and cereal. Fairly quiet and big size rooms, the accommodation included a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and central heating.

The room was very cold.

Spacious and comfortable room with sofas and a nice bathroom. The location is amazing, with easy access to everything. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, and a fridge. The host gave us a warm welcome which made us feel at home. 😊

Location and rooms were good, it was adjacent to old town, portugal and Sintra by car. It was in a stunning and quiet place.

The staff were really helpful with our luggage. The location was particularly good and it was great to have free parking. We didn't expect to find such a perfect place and would definitely come here again.

Great experience overall, would come here again. If offers peaceful location very close to Sintra, beautiful Bonsai. Easy to get to Saudade, located within 10 minutes on foot. I liked the apartment although some things didn't work.

The owners of this place are incredibly welcoming and friendly. the apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for cooking, and the cozy fireplace is a nice touch. It's clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. the included breakfast offers a variety of options, including soy milk, eggs, and different types of cheese. one of the best places to stay in Sintra.

The collection of bonsai trees was amazing and fascinating. It was really interesting to see some that were very old. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with transportation and recommending local restaurants. - the location of the hotel was perfect, just outside of the busy town, so it was quiet and peaceful. We could easily walk into town without being overwhelmed by the noise and crowds.

The apartments felt a bit damp and cold, as it is an old building. the heating units were a bit confusing to operate, and I couldn't figure out how to warm up the lower level.

The room was spacious and clean, providing us with plenty of comfort. The surrounding gardens with beautiful bonsai trees created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Plus, the sound of water flowing added a touch of serenity. We appreciated the convenient bus stop in front of the hotel, making it easy to explore the city center. The breakfast spread was more than enough to start our day, with a variety of options to choose from. Although the coffee machine did not work, the staff was friendly and kind, always ready to assist us.

The decor, including the nice bonsai museum and soothing koi ponds, added a touch of serenity to my stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. Despite the occasional traffic noise, the surroundings were surprisingly peaceful and quiet. the owner's warm and helpful nature made me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my visit. The convenient location allowed for easy access to the center of town, making exploring Sintra easy. In terms of value for money, Zen Museu Do Bonsai exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this unique and enchanting hotel experience.
